LumoroX Park
A live driveway-parking marketplace, evolved from the Parking Space Management System.

Goals
- Extend the single-lot allocation research into a marketplace of many independent hosts.
- Let drivers find and book a nearby private driveway in a few taps.
- Make arrival contactless and verifiable for both sides.
- Keep host and renter data isolated at the database level.
Approach & architecture
- 1
Port the engine
The allocation model from the Parking Space Management System moved from a single normalized SQL lot to Postgres with per-host rows and row-level security.
- 2
Geolocated search
Drivers search by map area with filters for EV charging, covered and gated spots.
- 3
Hourly availability
Hosts define recurring availability windows instead of all-or-nothing listings, which matches how driveways are actually free.
- 4
QR check-in
Bookings issue a QR code scanned on arrival, so neither side needs to meet or exchange contact details.
- 5
Trust scores
Public scores accumulate from completed bookings on both the host and driver side.
